Acai Smoothie Bowl

I love to start my day with a nourishing bowl like this acai smoothie bowl! It's packed with antioxidants, fiber, healthy fats, and some protein from collagen peptides. I've been on the smoothie bowl train for a long time now and to me it's like eating soft serve in a bowl with a bunch of fun toppings and the varieties are endless! This Acai bowl takes around 5 minutes to make and you can customize it to your own liking.

- 1-2 frozen acai puree packets
- 1 scoop collagen peptides(optional)
- 1 cup frozen berries(I like blueberries and strawberries)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/3 cup dairy free yogurt
Toppings
- Fresh fruit(berries, banana slices)
- Coconut flakes
- Gf granola
Add the acai puree, frozen berries, frozen banana, collagen, coconut milk, and yogurt to a good quality blender.
Blend on low for 30 seconds then turn on medium until everything is well blended.
Pour the acai mixture into a bowl.
Top the bowl with fresh berries, coconut flakes, and gluten free granola and enjoy.
