Berries & Cream Pops

colorfulsuperfoodie
Summertime is definitely a season for all things berry! I love using berries in many of my recipes because they are high in fiber, lower in sugar, and contain many antioxidants. These berries & cream pops are the perfect healthier frozen treat option to enjoy because they are only sweetened with a little honey and the natural sugar from the berries. I also added some L-glutamine powder in these popsicles for extra gut support! This recipe is something everyone can enjoy this summer.
