Berries & Cream Pops
colorfulsuperfoodie
Summertime is definitely a season for all things berry! I love using berries in many of my recipes because they are high in fiber, lower in sugar, and contain many antioxidants. These berries & cream pops are the perfect healthier frozen treat option to enjoy because they are only sweetened with a little honey and the natural sugar from the berries. I also added some L-glutamine powder in these popsicles for extra gut support! This recipe is something everyone can enjoy this summer.

Cuisine American
- 1 cup dairy free plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup full fat coconut cream
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup raspberries(plus more for layering)
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 2 tsp L-glutamine powder(optional)
Add the blueberries and blackberries to a small food processor or blender. Blend until smooth and then set aside.
In a bowl, add the yogurt, coconut cream, raspberries, and honey. Whisk everything together well.
Then add the L-glutamine powder and mix until well incorporated.
Make the popsicles in the mold by layering the raspberry cream mixture with the blueberry/blackberry mixture.(You can add mashed raspberries too.)
Place the top on the popsicle mold and add the popsicle sticks. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
Once the popsicles have frozen completely, take them out of the mold and enjoy!
