Cherry Lime Watermelon Slushy

Cherries and watermelon are a couple of my favorite summer fruits and they are packed with antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties, support heart health, support healthy glowing skin, and so much more! I definitely recommend staying hydrated with this refreshing cherry watermelon lime slushy.

- 2 cups frozen watermelon
- 1 cup pitted red cherries
- Juice and zest of 2 limes
- 1 can cherry or lime sparkling water
- monk fruit drops(optional)
Cut up some seedless watermelon into small cubes. Place on a parchment paper line sheet pan and stick in the freezer for a couple hours.
In a blender, add the cherries, frozen watermelon, lime juice, lime zest, sparkling water, and sweetener of choice.
Blend on high for about 30 seconds.
Pour the slushy mixture into 2 glass cups. Add some more lime zest on top and a lime slice on the edge of the glass for a fun garnish.
Serve and enjoy!
