Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Chocolate Avocado Pudding is one of the best OG recipes, and I used to make this almost every week. I love how simple it is to make, and it tastes like a decadent chocolatey dessert but way healthier! You only need 5 ingredients and a food processor or high-powered blender! Chocolate lovers you definitely don't want to miss out on this delicious dessert!

- 4 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/3-1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk(can sub with almond milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
In a food processor add all the ingredients and then processor for avout 2-3 minutes or untila smooth creamy consistency forms.(You may need to scrape the sides of the food processor so there are no chunks.)
Add the chocolate avocado pudding to an air-tight container and let it chill in the fridge.
Enjoy the chocolate avocado pudding topped with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, and berries!(Enjoy within 5 days of making.)
