Creamy Watermelon Kiwi Mocktail
colorfulsuperfoodie
I had to get in at least one more summer mocktail before the season ends. This creamy watermelon kiwi mocktail is SO delicious and SO pretty! Watermelon water is so hydrating, and the flavor pairs so well with Kiwis. I love the layered look that resembles a watermelon in drink form as well. The coconut milk adds a creamy texture to this mocktail, which is very fun. I also like to use a coconut based smoothie drink by Harmless Harvest which is so creamy and loaded with healthy fats!

1 Muddler
1 serving glass
1 Blender
- 2 kiwis
- 1 cup watermelon water(made with fresh watermelon)
- 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk or coconut smoothie

To make the watermelon water, add a bunch of watermelon cubes to a blender. Blend for a few seconds and then strain the watermelon mixture through a mesh or nut milk bag.
Cut the skin off the kiwis and chop into small pieces. Add them to a serving glass and then use a muddler to mash them to get the juices out.
Add ice to the glass, then pour over some coconut milk.
Pour over the watermelon water and the garnish with some kiwi slices. Enjoy!
