Gingerbread Latte

This Gingerbread Latte is such a great way to start your day! It has the perfect amount of spices with a little sweet touch! It consists of healthy fats from coconut milk, and supports gut, joint, and skin health! Definitely don't skip out on the whip cream on top either! I highly recommend pairing this latte with my Gingerbread Apple Coffee Cake and my Paleo Gingerbread Loaf.

- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1/3 cup full fat coconut milk
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
- 1 tsp molasses
- 2 tsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- Dash of ground clove
- Dairy free whip cream
Add the coffee, molasses, spices, vanilla extract, and coconut sugar to a mug. Mix everything together using a hand frother.
Warm up the coconut milk and froth it up then pour over your coffee.
Top with some dairy free whip cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy!
