Gut Friendly Ginger Peach Mocktail
colorfulsuperfoodie
I have been enjoying so many peaches this summer, and they are definitely one of my favorite summer fruits! Did you know peaches are a great source of antioxidants, fiber, and essential vitamins and minerals like selenium, vitamins A, C, and E? Not only are they delicious but are packed full of nutrients! I just had to make a peach mocktail before the season ends and this one hits just right. This gut friendly ginger peach mocktail tastes so good because it has a real peach puree in it. The added ginger juice pairs so well, and it is great for supporting digestion! Next time you have a bunch of peaches you don't know what to do with, make this!
