Pomegranate Pistachio Chocolate Cups

These Pomegranate Pistachio Chocolate Cups are the perfect quick and easy treat to make for the holidays! They are made with only 4 clean ingredients and are packed with antioxidants! Definitely fun little bites to share with friends and family.

  • 12 Muffin cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 8 oz pistachio butter
  • 1/3 cup pistachios
  • 1/3 cup pomegranate seeds

Instructions
 

  • Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second increments.
  • Once the chocolate is melted, add a couple of spoonfuls to 12 silicone muffin cups.
  • Tilt the cups around to coat the inside of the muffin cups with the chocolate. Place the cups in the fridge for a few minutes to set.
  • Once the chocolate has hardened, take the cups out of the fridge and add some pistachio butter to the center of each cup(about 1 tbsp)
  • Divide the remaining chocolate among the muffins cups, coating the pistachio butter.
  • Chop the pistachios and add them to the top of the chocolate cups along with the pomegranate gems.
  • Place the cups back in the fridge for at least 15 minutes to set.
  • Store in the fridge and enjoy throughout the week!
