White Chocolate Chip Matcha Scones
colorfulsuperfoodie
I am a huge fan of matcha and baking with it is so much fun. These white chocolate chip matcha scones are so delicious and will pair well with your morning matcha of course! They are made with simple, healthier ingredients and are gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and vegan. Trust me you don't have to be a great baker to make them!

- 2 cups GF baking flour
- 1-2 tbsp matcha powder
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 3 tbsp nut milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp baking powder

Form the scone batter into a 1 1/2 inch thick circle and then cut it into 8 pieces.
Place the scones in the fridge for an hour to chill(they will bake better from being cold first.)
Place the scones on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Let the scones cool down for a few minutes before enjoying.
