colorfulsuperfoodie
Making sure I get enough protein in my diet is very important. A way I like to do that is by making healthier snack options that incorporate protein powders! These white chocolate matcha protein bars are a delightful treat to enjoy for a quick breakfast or an afternoon snack! Each bar contain around 15 grams of protein and is packed with healthy fats and antioxidants! Matcha has 15x times the antioxidants than blueberries and also contains the amino acid L-theanine which promotes a calm mood. What's not to love about these bars?
