If you're looking for a fun treat to celebrate a birthday or any fun occasion, These Birthday Cake Bliss Balls are the perfect thing! I personally love birthday cake flavored anything because I don't think you can go wrong with vanilla and rainbow sprinkles! These cute little bites are packed with fiber and protein and made with simple clean ingredients!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw cashew, almond, or vanilla granola butter
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles(plus more for rolling)

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients into a bowl.
  • Stir the mixture until a cake dough consistency forms. (If too sticky add more almond flour)
  • Roll the birthday cake batter into about 15 balls(if the mixture is too soft to roll, place in the fridge for a few minutes to firm up).
  • Add some more rainbow sprinkles to a bowl and roll each birthday cake ball in the sprinkles.
  • Store in the fridge. Enjoy as a fun treat during the week or share with others for a fun celebration.
