  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened dairy free yogurt(not Greek style)
  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, add the dairy-free cream cheese and yogurt. Using a hand mixer, beat on medium speed for about 1 minute, or until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the vanilla extract, maple syrup, and dairy-free milk. Mix for a few seconds, just until everything is well combined.
  • Add the brownie mix and beat for about 1 minute, or until the mixture is smooth and no lumps remain. If using a brownie mix that isn't made with nut flours, see the notes for food-safety guidance.
  • Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dip. Transfer the brownie batter dip to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill and allow the flavors to come together.
  • When ready to serve, scoop the brownie batter dip into a bowl and pair with fresh strawberries, gluten-free cookies, pretzels, or your favorite dippers.

Notes

Food Safety Note: if you’re using a brownie mix that is not made from nut flours such as almond flour or coconut flour, the dry flour in the mix should be treated carefully because raw flour can contain harmful bacteria such as E. coli and Salmonella.
