  • 1/3 cup coconut butter

Instructions

  • Make the cranberry sauce by adding all the ingredients into a small sauce pan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and then turn the heat down to simmer for 20 minutes or until it has thickened. Set the cranberry sauce aside.
  • Mix together the crust ingredients in a bowl and then press down into an 8x8 baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  • Add the cranberry sauce on top of the shortbread crust layer and spread out evenly.
  • Make the crumble by adding all the ingredients to a bowl and mixing together. Place the bowl in the freezer for a few minutes and then stir around with a fork to get a crumble consistency.
  • Add the crumble on top of the cranberry sauce and then bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Take the cranberry crumble out of the over to cool down.
  • Make the orange glaze by heating everything in a small sauce pan on low heat. Make sure to whisk the glaze mixture frequently until it forms a drippy consistency.
  • Cut the cranberry crumble into 9 bars and drizzle the orange glaze on top. Enjoy!
