Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 cup raw cashew butter
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix together cashew butter, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, protein powder, pumpkin spice, and salt.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients then fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Place the cookie dough in an air tight container in the fridge.
  • Let the cookie dough chill for a couple hours before enjoying.
