Hojicha Chia Pudding

This Hojicha chia pudding is cozy with toasty roasted green tea powder paired with creamy coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and fiber rich chia seeds. It makes for a perfect breakfast prep topped with granola or fruit, and can also be enjoyed as a healthy snack! Hojicha is very unique roasted green tea with slightly nutty caramel like flavor notes that are fun! If you're a green tea lover, I definitely recommend giving this recipe a try!
