Protein Peanut Butter Oat Bites
I definitely have a major sweet tooth and have to have some batch of goodies on hand during the week! I prefer to make my own treat using healthier ingredients that are more nutritious but don't compromise on flavor. These Protein Peanut Butter Oat Bites are so EASY to make and only require 5 ingredients. You can make a batch to enjoy throughout the week or freeze them for later and pop them in the fridge when you feel like it!

- 1 3/4 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 1 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup chopped chocolate cover peanut candies(or chocolate chips)
In a bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix together well.
Let the mixture set for a few minutes before rolling into balls.(If you feel like the mixture is too sticky to work with, add a little more protein powder.)
Roll the mixture into about 20 balls and then place in an air tight container.
Enjoy the protein peanut butter oat bites within 1 week or freeze for later!
