What you will need

Dumplings – To make this recipe gluten free, I used Feel Good Foods chicken potstickers which are so delicious! You can use their veggie potstickers as well or any other frozen dumpling of choice!

Green Onions – Will will add some chopped green onions to the sauce as well as on top of this dish.

Chili Crunch Oil – This adds such a fun flavor and a bit of a spicy kick to the dumpling bake. This is optional but I highly recommend!

Full Fat Coconut Milk – This is what we will use for the base of the Thai coconut curry sauce. Make sure to use the full fat coconut milk from the can.

Coconut Aminos – This is one of my favorite ingredients to use in Asian cuisine and it’s a great alternative to soy sauce! You can also substitute with a gluten free soy sauce if you prefer.

Red Curry Paste – This will give the sauce a deep curry flavor and you can adjust how strong you want it to be.

Garlic – I like to use some fresh pressed or minced garlic for a nice flavor note.

Ginger – You can use some fresh grated ginger or pre minced ginger from a jar.

Rice Vinegar – This gives the sauce a slight tangy flavor.

Toasted Sesame Oil – This is a staple ingredient for most Asian cuisine and adds a fun toasty nutty flavor.

Sesame Seeds – Topping this baked dumpling dish with sesame seeds really brings the dish together and looks so pretty. I used a mix of white and black sesame seeds.

How to make the viral one pan dumpling bake

Make the Sauce

First, make the sauce by adding the coconut milk, coconut aminos, red Curry paste, garlic, ginger, toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar to a small blender. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.(You can also just whisk the ingredients together) Then, pour the sauce into a baking dish and add half of the chopped green onions and spread out evenly.

Add the Dumplings

Next, add about 20-24 frozen dumplings(or however many will fit) to the baking dish and coat with the sauce. Bake the dumplings covered for about 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees. The sauce should be nice and bubbly! Once the dumplings are done baking, set aside to cool for a few minutes.
