Pumpkin cheesecake has to be one of my fall dessert favorites! I decided to turn this delicious dessert into a pumpkin spice cheesecake dip! The delicious pumpkin spices in this dip pair so well with apple slices or cookies. It is also dairy, gluten, and refined sugar free.

- It’s made with only 6 simple ingredients.
- It’s dairy, gluten, and refined sugar free.
- It really does taste like pumpkin cheesecake in dip form.

What you will need for this recipe
Dairy Free Cream Cheese – This is definitely a key ingredient for getting that cheesecake taste and texture. I know it can be hard to find good dairy free alternatives that taste like the real thing. One of the best dairy free cream cheeses I have found is the Kite Hill brand.
Pumpkin Puree – I love incorporating pumpkin in my diet because it is so nutrient dense and supports the immune system. It is rich in beta carotenes, vitamin C, Vitamin E, Iron, and folate.
Maple Syrup – I prefer using 100% pure maple syrup because it blends so well with the ingredients. I wouldn’t recommend substituting with a granular sweetener because it will give a grainy texture. You can substitute the maple syrup for powdered monk fruit instead for a low sugar version.
Nut Milk – Either almond or coconut milk would work fine in this recipe.
Vanilla Extract – You can never go wrong with adding vanilla to a sweet recipe!
Pumpkin Spice – Trust me that the warming pumpkin spices bring the recipe all together!

How to make the pumpkin spice cheesecake dip
This dip is very easy to make by blending all the ingredients in a small food processor. If you don’t have a food processor, you could use a blender as well. Once the ingredients are well blended, stick the dip in an air tight container and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to chill.

How to serve this dip
I believe this dip pairs well with other fall foods like apple slices or cinnamon flavored cookies or gram crackers! You can really pair this dip with whatever sounds good.
