Date Night Charcuterie Board{Gf/Vegan}
If you’re looking for a fun and delicious date night idea that doesn’t require making a reservation or long hours in the kitchen, that this date night charcuterie board is the perfect thing! Creating a charcuterie board doesn’t have to be complicated and it can be is so customizable to your liking with so many fun snackable foods and treats. This version is dairy and gluten free but you can make it with any cheese and crackers of course.

What you will need
A variety of 2-3 different cheeses
– For this board I used Darë Vegan Cheese Balsamic Fig Cheese and Herbed “goat Cheese.
Fresh Crisp Bites
– I love to add fresh veggies like cucumber slices(bonus points for cutting into cute heart shapes), snap peas, and even olives to balance this board out.
Fun Sweet Bites
– Adding some sweet notes to the charcuterie board like fresh fruit such as berries or chocolate covered strawberries. Also adding mini fruit jams will definitely add fun flavor variety to balance the salty bites.
Crunchy Salty Bites
– You will need some delicious crackers or pretzels to pair with the fun cheeses and mini jam spreads. Adding some nuts like pistachios, cashews, or almonds adds some fun crunchy and satisfying bites to the board and helps fill in any extra space.

How to assemble the charcuterie board
- First place your cheese on the board spaces apart from each other and leaving some room around.
- Next, place the mini jams on the board as well slightly more towards the center to circle them with things.
- Add the crackers and pretzels on the board fanned out to fill out the board a little.
- Then add in the olives, cucumber slices, and snap peas for a pop of color and also makes this board more fresh and balanced.
- Fill in some gaps with the fresh berries and chocolate covered strawberries in small clumps or bowls.
- Last but not least, add in your nuts of choice to fill in any small uncovered sections of the charcuterie board to make it look completely full and appetizing.
- Serve and enjoy with your special someone or makes for a fun girls night/Galentine’s day event!
