Boo-Berry Smoothie Bowl
This Spooky BOO-berry Smoothie Bowl is just too much fun. It is packed with fiber, protein, and healthy fats to make you feel satisfied and blood sugar balanced. This smoothie also has some veggies sneaked in either but you can’t tell!

What you will need
Blueberries – This berry is very powerful because it is high in antioxidants, especially anthocyanins which support immune health and have anti-inflammatory properties.
Cauliflower – Yes I do put cauliflower in my smoothies sometimes! Ok hear me out, when it is steamed and then frozen it is very bland and the fruit and other ingredients take over so you don’t even taste it but get all the benefits!
Avocado – I love adding avocados to my smoothie for a healthy fat. They also give the smoothie a creamy texture!
Banana – This makes the smoothie a little more on the sweet side. If you are trying to avoid sugary foods, you can omit this ingredient.
Zucchini – Same with the cauliflower, you can’t taste the zucchini in the smoothie but it adds more nutrition and balances out the smoothie.
Purple Sweet Potato Powder – I love adding purple sweet potatoes or the powder in my smoothies for a beautiful color and extra nutrition. This is optional though!
Protein Powder – I always try to get some protein in all my meals and snacks to support healthy blood sugar levels. I used a vanilla bone broth protein powder by Ancient Nutrition, but you can use a plant based protein as well.
Nut Milk – You can use any nut milk alternative, but i like to use coconut milk!
