Ginger Pomegranate Mocktail
If you’re looking for a fun refreshing drink to share during the holidays, this Ginger Pomegranate Mocktail is the perfect thing! Its loaded with antioxidants and supports digestion. It’s not overly sweet either for those that don’t care for a super sugar drink. It’s also so pretty and a great drink for serving to your friends and family.

What you will need
Pomegranate Juice – Pomegranates are an amazing superfood because they are very high in polyphenols very powerful antioxidants. They also help modulate inflammation, support immune health, and support healthy blood pressure levels.
Ginger Kombucha – I think the ginger pairs nicely with the pomegranate juice. I use the GTS brand which is the best I’ve tried so far. Ginger is amazing for digestion support and has anti-inflammatory properties. Kombucha is also great to support the balance of the good bacteria in our gut.
Sparkling Water – This makes the mocktail a bit more bubbly which is fun.
Pomegranate Seeds – Adding fresh pomegranate seeds adds a pretty garnish and more flavor!
Fresh Rosemary – This is optional but also makes the mocktail look a bit more fancy.
