Strawberries N’ Cream Cloud Smoothie

This smoothie is probably one of my favorite recipes because it is so simple to make, and will keep you fuller longer because it is loaded with healthy fats, protein, and fiber! You can’t go wrong with this strawberries n’ cream cloud smoothie. It even has a veggie sneaked in but you can’t even taste it! This smoothie is dairy free and can be made completely plant based! Enjoy it for breakfast or as an afternoon treat!

What you will need

Strawberries – This berry is rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, magnesium, potassium, calcium, and vitamin K. It is a great food to incorporate into your diet for immune and skin support. you can use fresh or frozen strawberries.

Cauliflower Rice – I know you might be thinking that cauliflower sounds gross in a smoothie, but trust me when I say you can’t taste it! Cauliflower is a great source of fiber and has anti-inflammatory properties.

Vanilla Protein Powder – I used a collagen protein by one of my favorite brands Garden of Life. You can also use a plant based protein powder as well!

Coconut Cream – Make sure to use full fat coconut cream from the can! Coconut cream is an excellent source of brain boosting healthy fats. Adding a source of healthy fats to any meal or snack will make you feel more satiated.

Dairy Free Vanilla Yogurt – I like to use refined sugar free vanilla yogurt by Culina. That brand uses simple clean ingredients in their yogurts! You can substitute with any brand you prefer though.

Nut Milk – I like to use either coconut or almond milk!

Monk Fruit – If you prefer your smoothie on the sweeter side, you could add a touch of mink fruit, honey, or maple syrup.

How to make the strawberries n’ cream protein smoothie

First, Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until a creamy consistency forms. For best results blend for at least 2 minutes.

Next, Add some yogurt around the inside of a serving glass with a spoon creating a cloud or swirl look.

Lastly, Pour your smoothie in the glass and enjoy! I recommend topping this smoothie with whip cream or more coconut cream!
