What you will need
Strawberries – This berry is a summer favorite and is rich in fiber, essential vitamins, and antioxidants. I love to eat them by the handful!
Orange Juice – You can use store bought or fresh squeezed but you will need about 2 cups of oranges juice for this recipe.
Mango – You can use any type of mango you’d like(yes there are many!) Make sure it’s nice and ripe so you get the sweetest flavor and juicy texture. Mangos are also packed with fiber and polyphenols, which are plant compounds that act as antioxidants to protect your body.
Maple Syrup – We will use a little bit of maple syrup to sweeten the slush but still keep it low in added sweetener. You can also use liquid monk fruit drops for a no sugar option.
Ice – To get that good slush texture we will blend up some ice along with the fruit.
Fruit Slices for Garnishing – Adding fresh strawberries or orange slices to your serving glass will elevate this refreshing drink even more!
