What you will need
Pumpkin Puree – Pumpkin is an excellent food to incorporate in your diet because it is rich in antioxidants and immune supporting properties. It contains vitamin C, E, iron, and folate which are all essential nutrients.
Banana – In this recipe we will use 1 frozen banana which adds the right amount of sweetness to the smoothie but is not overpowering.
Vanilla Protein Powder – I always add protein to my smoothies to make them more filling and blood sugar balanced. I like to use a plant based vanilla protein powder, but you can use any protein powder of choice!
DF Yogurt – I love using Cocojune unsweetened vanilla yogurt!
DF Milk – I like to use either almond or coconut milk.
Frozen Cauliflower – This is optional but It is an easy veggie to sneak in because you can’t taste it over the other delicious ingredients.
Almond Butter – This adds some healthy fats to the smoothie and also makes it creamier. You can also use cashew butter or sunflower seed butter.
Pumpkin Spice – This is a must for giving the smoothie a pumpkin pie flavor.
Vanilla Extract – Adding a touch of vanilla makes the smoothie even tastier!
DF Whip Cream – Whip cream and pumpkin pie are a no brainer!
