No Bake Valentine’s Protein Brownies

I definitely am a chocolate girly, and Valentine’s season is one of my favorites for this reason! One of the best ways to enjoy chocolate is in brownie form, and these no bake Valentine’s protein brownies are a must try! They have a soft chewy texture and are topped with a decadent dairy free chocolate ganache and white chocolate drizzle. These brownies are also packed with protein, fiber, and healthy fats to help nourish and satisfy. They are so cute and fun to make for your loved ones!

What you will need

Dates – This is what gives these no bake brownies such a nice chewy soft texture! Dates are so nutrient dense and have natural sugar in them which is nice to sweeten desserts with!

Nut Butter – You can use either a cream cashew or almond butter.

Cacao Powder – I love how rich in antioxidants and minerals cacao is! I have to have my daily dose of chocolate and raw cacao powder is the way to go! It makes these brownies so rich and decadent.

Protein Powder – I use a plant based chocolate protein powder in this recipe but you can use any brand you’d like. I like to add protein powder to my desserts to make them a little more blood sugar balanced.

Coconut Oil – This is a great healthy fat to use in cooking and baking.

Vanilla Extract – This adds a nice flavor note to the brownies!

DF Chocolate Chips –

Coconut Milk – To make the chocolate ganache layer, we will mix together melted chocolate and full fat coconut milk.

DF White Chocolate Chips – I think these brownies look so pretty with a pink white chocolate drizzle on top! I use dairy free white chocolate buy you can use regular as well.

Natural Pink Food Coloring – I use the one by Color Kitchen. It gives off such a pretty vibrant pink color!

Natural Pink Sprinkles – I use the ones from Supernatural.
