What you will need
Yogurt – I use a dairy free yogurt that is coconut based by the brand Culina. You can use a dairy based yogurt for this recipe as well.
Peaches – This delicious summer fruit is rich in antioxidants such as carotenoids, polyphenols, vitamin C, and vitamin E. They are also high in fiber which can support a healthy digestive system and gut health.
Vanilla Protein Powder – I love adding protein powder to my yogurt bark not only to make it more balanced but it actually helps the texture of the yogurt bark be more soft.
Cashew Butter – Adding a little bit of nut butter like raw cashew butter or almond butter will make the yogurt bark more creamy and less icy when frozen.
Honey – This is what I like to use to sweeten the yogurt bark but you can also use maple syrup as well.
Granola – Adding some delightful gluten free granola adds a fun crunchy texture to this yogurt bark.
Vanilla Extract – This enhances the flavor.
