Chocolate Chia Protein Yogurt Bowl
This chocolate chia protein yogurt bowl is so easy to make the night before when you know you have a busy morning the next day! This recipe is packed with nutrient dense ingredients that will fill you up and fuel your morning! It’s one of my favorites go to breakfasts and I hope you try it as well!

What you will need
Dairy Free Yogurt – I like to use the brand Culina which is a super creamy coconut based yogurt.
Coconut Milk – This will thin the yogurt out a little bit so the chia seeds will soak it up giving a nice texture.
Chocolate Protein Powder or Collagen – I love adding protein powder to my breakfast bowls to make it more balanced and nourishing.
Chia Seeds – These little seeds are rich in fiber and omega 3 fatty acids!
Cacao Powder – Another great super food to enjoy that is rich in essential vitamins and minerals, antioxidants, and polyphenols.
Bananas and Fresh Berries – These are my favorite fruit toppings but you can choose whatever fruit you like!
Chocolate – Chocolate for breakfast is one of my favorites and I love adding a few pieces of chopped dark chocolate to my bowls.
Sweetener – You can use a little bit of monk fruit or honey to sweeten the yogurt bowl if you like it on the sweeter side. I think this bowl is sweet enough from the fruit and protein powder.
