Blue Magic Chia Pudding Bowl
Chia pudding is one of those simple things in life and it may not be for everyone. However, I think it all depends on how you make it and what toppings you use that make it very enjoyable. In this recipe I have added blue spirulina powder which gives the chia pudding such a vibrant happy blue color. It’s so creamy and full of healthy fats to help keep you nourished. I think the best toppings to use for this bowl are fresh berries and kiwi which gives a sweet and tangy flavor. This blue magic chia pudding bowl is a really good recipe to prep for breakfast during the week.

What you will need
Chia Seeds – These cute little seeds are rich in fiber, antioxidants, minerals, and omega-3 fatty acids. When they are soaked in a liquid they will form a gel like texture which is why people compare it to pudding.
Coconut Milk – The key to getting the creamiest chia pudding is by using full fat coconut milk.
Almond Milk – I dilute the thickness of the full fat coconut milk with some regular nut milk such as almond or even coconut milk not from the can.
Blue Spirulina – Spirulina is a type of algae that contains many nutrients and antioxidants, including vitamins C and E, iron, and chlorophyll. It is considered a superfood and it may support heavy metal detoxification, healthy blood pressure levels, and supports metabolism.
Maple Syrup – This chia pudding is sweetened by just a little maple syrup.
Vanilla Extract – I love my chia pudding to have a string vanilla flavor!
Berries – Adding berries to your morning breakfast bowls provides many antioxidants and fiber. Berries pair very well with the chia pudding too.
Kiwi – Not only does this add a nice color pop, but kiwis are very high in vitamin C which plays a roll in many functions of the body such as immune support and collagen production.
Granola – One of my absolute favorite brands is Lark Ellen Farm because all their granola is gluten free, grain free, and sprouted.
