What you will need
Raspberries – We will blend some fresh or thawed frozen raspberries in the recipe.
Coconut Butter – This is an excellent healthy fat that makes gives these bites a rich flavor and holds the coconut and raspberries together!
Coconut Flour – This is a great flour to absorb liquid and oil. I wouldn’t recommend substituting with another flour because it wont work the same.
Coconut Shreds – Make sure to get unsweetened shredded coconut for this recipe.
Honey – We will sweeten these chocolate raspberry coconut bites with a touch of honey.
Dark Chocolate Chips – I am all about the dark side of chocolate but you can use milk chocolate as well if your heart desires!
Freeze Dried Raspberries – These bites look so pretty topped with some freeze dried raspberry crumbles.
