Birthday Cake Protein Yogurt Dip {Vegan, Paleo}
Whether it’s your birthday or not you MUST try out this delicious Birthday Cake Protein Yogurt Dip! I know it can be hard to get enough daily protein sometimes so I always try to come up with easy delicious ways to incorporated more in my diet. I used a vanilla collagen protein powder in this, but you can make it completely plant based as well! This dip is gluten, dairy, and refined sugar free and full of fun flavor. Oh and of course you must add sprinkles because they make everything more exciting I think!

What you will need
Plain Dairy Free Yogurt – I prefer to use a plain yogurt to avoid added sugars. You can substitute with a dairy based yogurt if you can eat dairy. Greek yogurt has a higher protein content than other yogurts so this kind would be great!
Coconut Cream – Adding full fat coconut cream makes this dip so fluffy and creamy! Make sure to use the one from the can without getting any of the liquid part!
Vanilla Protein Powder – I like to use a vanilla collagen protein powder but you can also use a plant based protein powder as well!
Raw Cashew Butter – This is optional, but the cashew butter really makes the dip more dense and creamy. You could also use almond butter!
Maple Syrup – You can substitute with date syrup or even monk fruit for a low sugar option.
Vanilla Extract – This adds a good vanilla flavor to the yogurt dip.
Natural Rainbow Sprinkles – I believe sprinkles are essential when it comes to any birthday cake recipe! I use artificial dye free sprinkles as well which is important to avoid harmful dyes.

How to make the birthday cake protein yogurt dip
