Chocolate Avocado Pudding
Chocolate Avocado Pudding is one of the best OG recipes, and I used to make this almost every week. I love how simple it is to make, and it tastes like a decadent chocolatey dessert but way healthier! You only need 5 ingredients and a food processor or high-powered blender! Chocolate lovers you definitely don’t want to miss out on this delicious dessert!

What you will need
Avocados – This unique fruit is high in healthy fats and is also rich in fiber which helps keep you more satiated. They make such a great base for this chocolate pudding recipe!
Cacao Powder – This superfood is rich in antioxidants and is a great source of magnesium, iron, calcium, potassium, and fiber.
Coconut Milk – Make sure to use full fat coconut milk from the can to insure a very creamy texture! You can substitute with almond milk if you prefer.
Maple Syrup – This is the sweetener that works best in this recipe, and it blends very well.
Vanilla Extract – This adds a delicious flavor note that pairs well with the cacao!

How to make the chocolate avocado pudding
First, In a food processor add all the ingredients and then processor for avout 2-3 minutes or untila smooth creamy consistency forms.(You may need to scrape the sides of the food processor so there are no chunks.)


Then, Add the chocolate avocado pudding to an air-tight container and let it chill in the fridge.


Enjoy the chocolate avocado pudding topped with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, and berries!(Enjoy within 5 days of making.)
