Protein Brownie Batter Dip

When I was growing up, I always enjoyed licking the spoon from making a delicious batch of brownies how about you? There’s something so nostalgic about eating brownie batter, so I wanted to make a healthy edible version to share! This protein brownie batter dip is packed with plant based protein, healthy fats, and antioxidants and will leave you feeling good. It’s great to enjoy as a snack or to share with friends and family! It certainly won’t last long trust me.

What you will need

Chocolate Nut Butter – This is what really give this dip a brownie batter texture! A couple of my favorite chocolate butters are by Oat Haus or Artisana Organics.

Dairy Free Yogurt – This is what makes the dip very fluffy! Brownie batter can be very dense, so adding some yogurt makes it more soft and easier for dipping! I love using the brand Cocojune.

Chocolate Protein Powder I always like to add a little bit of protein to my treats to make them a bit more blood sugar balanced! I used a plant based one, but you can use your favorite brand of choice.

Almond Flour – This is a great gluten free/grain free flour alternative! It is low carb and higher in protein than most flours.

Chocolate Chips – I like to use dairy free/refined sugar free ones by HU Kitchen.

Maple Syrup – This is what I prefer to use for sweetening this protein brownie batter dip. You can also sub with honey or powdered monk fruit.

Parings – Strawberries or other fruit, pretzels, and cookies.

How to make the protein brownie batter dip

  1. Add all the dip ingredients into a bowl and stir until well combined then set aside.
  2. Cut up some strawberries or fruit of choice and then add to a platter or board.
  3. Add the brownie batter dip to a serving bowl and platter along with the strawberries, some grain free pretzels, and grain free cookies.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
