Peach Whipped Honey Ricotta Flatbread
Peach season is one of my favorites! I love to make many dessert recipes with them, but I also love to add them in some savory dished like this peach whipped honey ricotta flatbread. The flavors are so incredibly together, and the whipped honey ricotta is seriously so fabulous! I use a dairy free ricotta in the recipe that tastes just like the real deal, and is so creamy. This can be enjoyed as a side dish, appetizer, or main meal when paired with more protein.

What you will need
Flatbread Mix – I personally love using the paleo/gluten free artesian bread mix by Simple Mills! You can also use premade flatbreads as well to makes things more simple. There’s just something more satisfying when they are made fresh though.
Peaches – This fruit is something I look forward to every year! There’s just something so special biting into a fresh ripe juicy peach. This fruit not only tastes delicious, but it very health supportive! Peaches are rich in fiber and antioxidants, and can support healthy skin and digestive health. DF Ricotta – You can use regular ricotta if you can handle eating dairy. I personally love the brand Kite Hill for a spectacular dairy free alternative.
Honey – Make sure to use pure raw honey! The best honey can be found at your local health food store.
Prosciutto – I love the savory contrast that adding prosciutto brings to this flatbread. You can omit this ingredient if you don’t eat meat or pork.
Basil Leaves – Fresh basil leaves are the best and most flavorful!
Balsamic Glaze – The tangy sweet notes from the balsamic glaze are fabulous, and don’t recommend skipping this ingredient.
