Strawberry Kiwi Hydration Mocktail

I have been having a lot of fun with mocktails lately, and this one is GOLD! This Strawberry Kiwi Hydration Mocktail is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants from the kiwis and strawberries, which are a power duo! It consists of coconut water, which has naturally occurring electrolytes to keep you hydrated which is so important! There is also no added sugar because the coconut water sweetens it well.

Is this mocktail healthy?

Unlike most cocktails this healthy mocktail does not contain added sugary syrups or alcohol which can be inflammatory and not make you feel so great afterwards!

This mocktail contains coconut water which is an excellent source of electrolytes and supports hydration. A lot of the typical alcoholic drinks can be more dehydrating.

This fun drink also supports immune health due the the strawberries and kiwis being rich in vitamin C as well as other powerful antioxidants.

What you will need

Strawberries – This berry is a delightful low glycemic fruit that is rich in fiber and antioxidants! I always buy organic strawberries to avoid pesticide residue(it’s on the dirty dozen list!)

Kiwis – This fruit is rich in fiber and essential vitamins like vitamin C which plays an important roll in immune health. I love the sweet and tangy flavor it gives this mocktail!

Coconut Water – Did you know that coconut water is a great source of natural electrolytes to help replenish the body and keep you hydrated! My absolute favorite coconut water is by the brand Harmless Harvest. They use regenerative agricultural practices and are certifies organic and fair trade which I love! There coconut water is also a beautiful pink color.

Sparkling Lime Water – This adds a nice bubbly touch to this mocktail!

Juice of 1 Lime – A splash of lime is just the zesty citrus flavor note this mocktail needs.

Ice Cubes – Small or large it’s up to you!

Tools – I used a Muddler and a Cocktail Making Set for this recipe which works so well!
