Strawberry Orange Mango Mocktail
This mocktail recipe is the best one I’ve made yet! It gives off all the tropical vibes and I feel like I should be on a beach drinking it haha. It’s mainly sweetened with fruit with little to no added sugar as well which makes it a healthier drink option. I made a fun orange zest “sugar” rim for the glass using granulated monk fruit instead of cane sugar. You definitely don’t want to skip out on the orange zest sugar rim because it makes the strawberry orange mango mocktail even more fun! This recipe is fun to enjoy on a hot afternoon or to share with friends or family!

Summer is by far my favorite season for fruit because there is such a fun variety to choose from! Mangos are so underrated and I really enjoy them! There’s nothing like biting into a ripe juicy mango when your sweet tooth hits. I decided to pair mangos with some oranges and strawberries in this delicious mocktail recipe which I think you’ll absolutely love!
What you will need
Strawberries – This berry is a summer favorite and is rich in fiber, essential vitamins, and antioxidants. I love to eat them by the handful!
Orange – In this recipe we will be using the juice of 1 large orange and also zesting thepeel for the sugar rim!
Mango – You can use any type of mango you’d like(yes there are many!) Make sure it’s nice and ripe so you get the sweetest flavor and juicy texture. Mangos are also packed with fiber and polyphenols, which are plant compounds that act as antioxidants to protect your body.
Sparkling Water – I personally love the orange mango prebiotic soda by Culture Pop. It is perfect for this mocktail recipe!
Monk Fruit “Sugar” – I like to keep my recipes refined sugar free so I use granulated monk fruit instead of cane sugar.
Orange Zest – combining the monk fruit with some orange zest makes a fantastic sugar rim for the drink which hits your taste buds just right!
Ice – Having this drink on ice is a must!
Fruit Slices for Garnishing – Mocktails are notorious for having pretty garnishes, so save some fruit slices!

How to make the strawberry orange mango mocktail
First, Peel and cut the mangos into pieces and then place in a blender. Then zest the oranges and the set the zest aside. Juice both oranges and add to the blender. Pour in the sparkling orange or mango water. Blend everything until the mango is pureed and then set aside.
Make the orange sugar rim by adding the monk fruit onto a small plate along with the orange zest. Take a piece of juiced orange and rum around the rim of a serving glass. Then, roll the rim of a serving glass in the orange zest sugar.
Next, add half a cup of the chopped strawberries to the bottom of the serving glass. Use a muddler to mash them to release the juices. Add 1 cup of ice into each serving glass then pour in the orange mango mixture. Top with fresh orange and strawberry slices then enjoy!
