Gut Friendly Ginger Peach Mocktail
I have been enjoying so many peaches this summer, and they are definitely one of my favorite summer fruits! Did you know peaches are a great source of antioxidants, fiber, and essential vitamins and minerals like selenium, vitamins A, C, and E? Not only are they delicious but are packed full of nutrients! I just had to make a peach mocktail before the season ends and this one hits just right. This gut friendly ginger peach mocktail tastes so good because it has a real peach puree in it. The added ginger juice pairs so well, and it is great for supporting digestion! Next time you have a bunch of peaches you don’t know what to do with, make this!

What you will need for the ginger peach mocktail
Peaches – I love using yellow peaches because they give off such a pretty color!
Peach Kombucha/Tea – I am absolutely obsessed with the peach paradise kombucha from the brand GTs. You can also use a peach tea or sparkling water if you don’t like the taste of kombucha.
Ginger Juice – You can either make your own or use cold pressed store bought ginger juice.
Fresh Rosemary – This makes the mocktail so pretty and can also add a nice flavor note.
Ice – I love to make cute round ice for my mocktails using these molds.

How to make the gut friendly ginger peach mocktail
First, cut the peaches into slices and then add about 1 cup peach slices to a small food processor or blender. Blend until the peach is pureed. Adding peach puree adds so much flavor to the drink!
Then, in a serving glass, add the peach puree to the bottom and add the ice to the glass. Pour over the peach kombucha or sparkling water close to the rim of the glass. Add the ginger juice and give the drink a little stir.
Take a couple peach slices and rosemary swigs and garnish on top of the ginger peach mocktail. Enjoy as 1 drink or make a big batch to share with friends or family.

- 1 Blender
Ingredients
- 1-2 peaches
- 2/3 cup peach kombucha or sparkling water
- 1-2 oz ginger juice
- 1 cup ice
- Peach slices for garnish
- Fresh rosemary for garnish
Instructions

- Add the ice to the glass, then pour over the peach kombucha or tea.
