Strawberries N’ Cream Iced Latte
Ok you might be a little skeptical about strawberries and coffee because I was too at first.. But hear me out, it is SO good and is now one of my favorite ways to enjoy coffee! Adding a strawberry creamer just brings out a fun flavor with the coffee, and I think it works. You could make this strawberries n’ cream iced latte any time of the year, and it would be a fun drink to make for Valentine’s!

What you will need
Strawberries – In this recipe we will use fresh strawberries to make a homemade creamer and to add some to the latte as a puree at the base to add more flavor!
Coconut Milk – I personally love using full fat coconut milk for the creamer because it is very thick and creamy! If you don’t like coconut you can substitute with almond milk.
Maple Syrup – This is what we will use to sweeten the creamer with. You can use monk fruit drops instead for a sugar free option!
Cold Brew – My favorite cold brew is the Vanilla one by the brand Chameleon.
Vanilla Extract – This adds a nice flavor note to the strawberry creamer.
Coffee Ice Cubes – To avoid watering down the latte, I like to make ice cubes out of cold brew. For a fun Valentine’s spin I make them in these cute heart shaped silicone molds.
