Blue Magic Spirulina Smoothie Bowl

This blue magic spirulina smoothie bowl is packed with nutrient dense foods that provide healthy sources of protein, fiber, fats, and carbs to fuel your body throughout the day! It’s such a fun tropical and summery bowl that will surely brighten your day!

What you will need

Pineapple – This really gives the smoothie bowl a tropical flavor and sweetness!

Banana – This helps make the smoothie a little sweeter but you can omit if you are wanting to make a low sugar smoothie.

Frozen Cauliflower – This is a great way to sneak in some extra veggies and trust me you can’t even taste it! You could also use frozen steamed zucchini is cauliflower freaks you out too much haha.

Avocado – I love adding avocados to my smoothies because they are a great source of fiber and healthy fats to make you feel fuller long. They also make the smoothie very creamy!

Protein Powder – I use a vanilla plant based protein powder by Truvani.

Blue Spirulina Powder – Spirulina is a great superfood to incorporate into your diet because it supports detoxification, helps the body fight candida, contains protein, supports the immune system, and supports energy levels.

Nut milk – You can use whatever nut milk you prefer. I like to use coconut or almond milk.
